Our units are superior in many ways over
any stainless unit.
-
Clean water. No rust, sludge or slim.
-
No maintenance. When the water is clear,
no flushing, or disassembly required.
-
20x more surface area per sq. inch.
-
More surface area = less plates = smaller
unit = easier to install
-
We use Sodium Sulfate. No KOH or NOAH.
Sodium and Potassium Hydroxide are harmful to your engine long term,
and will harm you if you come in contact with it.
-
Coated titanium costs 3000% or 30 times
more than Stainless Steel. You get what you pay for, and our units
cost the same as the majority of stainless designs, and in many
cases far less...
-
The gas produced from this plating
technology produces only Hydrogen and Oxygen. This is the purest
form of Oxyhydrogen available in any HHO cell design. With
NO by-products such as Chromium, or
iron present, the amount of gas required to gain results is far
less.
-
Lower Oxyhydrogen levels means less
oxygen passing the o2 sensor. This is the main reason most cars will
lose gas mileage using an hho system.
Knowing all the above does not change the
fact that often times when you are attempting to install
ANY
after market HHO system, you are usually performing a task that often
seems like fitting a square peg into a round hole. No vehicle
manufacturer programs their vehicles to automatically accommodate the
introduction of Oxyhydrogen into the fuel system.
We have done everything within our
engineering and testing divisions to produce the best HHO cell available
today. Yet that is sometimes just not good enough. As you have seen,
we do not make mileage claims that
are unrealistic. 80 mpg is a pipe dream for 99.99% of every vehicle on
the road. So when a company (in this industry) sets forth to produce a
plug and play unit for every car ever made, it is just impossible.
We will proudly stand behind the fact that in all our testing, our
Coated Titanium designs out performed any Stainless Steel unit we tested
on the same vehicle, and of all our sales, we never sold a unit with an
o2 extender, efie, or maf to get results, but there are vehicles that
just will not respond long term due to factory computer and sensor
parameters. Also, one must take into account the issue of pre-ignition
due to too much Oxyhydrogen present. It is the latter reason of
pre-ignition that led us to testing and believing in the volo chip. We
encountered pre-ignition issues with our 2008 Dodge Ram while testing
our extreme 180 X3 Model. We had heard that the volo could adjust the
timing to compensate for pre-ignition, but we really did not give it
much merit. Yet when you have few choices to solve a problem, you
exhaust all options. Immediately after installing a volo, we obtained
immediate results that were far better than the results we were
expecting from this new cell design. Intrigued with these new results,
we added a volo to every car we have for testing, all with documented
mileage increases. What we found was every vehicle got an additional
8-26% better mileage than with the cell alone.
So what it all boils down to is this.. only a small percentage
of customers will absolutely require a volo to get results. but
everyone will benefit from having
one along with their Extreme 180 system. For this reason, we
have decided to incorporate a Volo Performance Chip into every full
system purchase.
