The Truth About HHO Technology

Every day we get between 25 to 50 emails requesting how many LPM’s (liters per minute) our units make. For that reason, we have decided to place the plain truth out here for the entire world to see, and when all the dust clears, we hope the average consumer can see around the falsehoods derived from this industry to sell sub rate products.

1. We respect all builders, professional and novice for their efforts to make this country cleaner and less dependent on foreign oil. The staff at hydrogen assist development has, and always will consider everyone in this fight our brother/sisters in arms for a better America, and a better world.

2. At some point in the evolution of a product, such as the HHO generator, there is a break thru that cannot be defined by current logic, and is often fought against by the people that are embedded in the technology that has just become 2nd generation. This is the case with the plate system that we use in our generators.

3. Stainless is where we started our company, and for that reason, we are fully prepared to address and aware of all the faults, weaknesses, and downfalls that accompanies any generator that uses stainless (no matter what the grade, or conditioning process) as its core to generate oxyhydrogen.

4. Everyone knows that stainless breaks down from corrosion. The brown dirty water you will eventually get (often sooner than not) is from the iron, among other metals, being released from the stainless plate as it slowly yields out all its many impurities from electrolysis in an electrolytic solution.

5. So no matter what you are being told, that great deal you just purchased will become a constant chore of flushing, adjusting, monitoring, and become more and more frustrated with a device that is breaking down internally till it is gone... Doesn't sound like that great of a deal, and why doesn't anyone of these vendors address the fact that you are putting corrosive, rusty moisture into your engine every time you turn it on.

6. This is where we can separate ourselves, and take the technology we have and combine it with basic laws and principles of science to produce a generator that breaks all the current rules. (who created these rules? Think about that for a minute!!)

7. Our generators utilize only a few plates. The substrate is grade 2 certified titanium plate. This plate is than coated in a process that takes up to 2 weeks to complete. During this time, the coating undergoes specific testing for consistency, quality, thickness, and conductivity. Only then, after passing these tests, do we incorporate this material into our generators.

8. When examining the finished product, you would see what appears to be a desert floor, with millions of finite cracks in the its bed, these "cracks" provide us the ability to make what we know is the purest form of oxyhydrogen being produced by any HHO generator available anywhere.

9. Our plates are 20x more reactive per sq inch than any grade or thickness of stainless steel produced. For this reason, we are able to produce a unit that is comprised of only a few plates with a total surface area of far less than any stainless cell, yet being able to make a unit that accomplishes what our system can do, with so few plates, gives us the ability to utilize all the amps we are using for complete production, and this allows for the highest energy produced per the energy being utilized.

10. We encourage you to research metal resistance, principles of electricity, and of course basic science. Being an informed consumer is the best way to be.
