Our staff, at Hydrogen Assist Development, does not just build HHO Units to sell for profit. Our goal is to provide an affordable, realistic alternative to our ever increasing need of foreign oil. We have thoroughly researched the scientific principles of hydrogen production, and honestly know that with this level of technology we can lower our daily usage of the earths dwindling supply of diminishing fossil fuels. In doing this, we are able to implement the principles of thermodynamics, physics, chemistry, and the basic principles of science to build what we can confidently claim is designed and has been engineered better than any other product offered that you will encounter....

Because you are here to learn more about becoming a dealer, we understand that you have recognized the quality of our design in comparison to the countless auctions and sales of HHO generators worldwide. You will notice that not one other person or company is offering the unique design implementations of our generators.

As a dealer you will receive specific discounts on all of our current and future HHO products. We are progressively working toward a product line of over 10 items, which will all present a growing opportunity to achieve higher monthly profits. We are confident that you have noticed that our price structure, based on quality of product, is far less than our competitors. First and foremost, the heart of our company is for the people. For this reason we have priced our units in a manner that will yield above average returns for our dealers efforts, along with the consumers ability to acquire a system of the highest quality. We actively support members of our team in their efforts to develop a growing territory for sales that will allow them to create a successful and profitable dealership.

Our concept of business is very simple, we have a "team first" mentality. If you take care of your team, the team will take care of you. We strive to develop relationships with our state and local dealers. Supporting their individual efforts, in any way we can. Our overall success as a company completely depends on your individual success. As you will see, we require NO WRITTEN CONTRACT to be eligible for a local dealer position.

Dealer program A:

This is our most popular and sought out program. To be eligible as a Program A dealer, one must sell 7 units per month. To initiate a dealership agreement 5 units must be initially purchased. We encourage our dealers to vary their initial purchase with a mixture of all of our product line. By meeting the 7 units per month requirement, Hydrogen Assist Development will guarantee your designated sales area will remain a protected region. We guarantee not to sell any products to any other person or company who expresses an interest to do business in your protected area. Furthermore, we hold to this ideal so firmly that if a dealer from any other area attempts to do business within your region, their rights as a dealer will become permanently revoked.

Dealer Program B:

This program has been implemented for those who do not wish at this time to commit to a standardized requirement of monthly sales. Under Dealer Program B, one will be required to purchase 3 units at a time to be eligible for dealer pricing. We encourage our dealers to have an assortment of our product line on hand, yet have no requirement in which models are ordered and in what specific quantity, as long as 3 units are purchased in total each time. We have executed this program for those individuals who are serious in regards to developing an established territory, but wish to enter in as a dealer at their own pace, or are not completely financially capable to committing to a protected region at this time. Again, this program has no contract, requires no commitment, and allows an individual or business to build their contacts, and sales area as they acclimate themselves to our product line on their individual pace and terms.

Note: If we are contacted by an individual and/or company that expresses interest in establishing a protected region in your sales area, we will personally contact our Program B dealers and allow them first opportunity for Dealer A status.
