Hydrogen Assist Development is a leader in Hydrogen fuel innovation, being the first to integrate coated titanium into dry cells. Titanium does not rust like stainless steel and has an enduring lifespan far surpassing that of stainless steel. This is what you can always expect from us – the latest innovations, highest quality, and safest units on the market!
Along with our unparalleled standard of quality and excellence, we back our products 100% with a 5-year/ 100,000 mile warranty.
You have come to our site seeking answers about HHO gas and HHO dry cells - you've come to the right place!
How exactly is our product different? By using high surface coated plates on a titanium substrate, our design requires fewer plates to generate surpassing results, thus a physically smaller and lighter weight unit. Because our titanium unit creates zero corrosion, you will never have rust entering your engine. No dirty water means no constant maintenance or product tear down that is common with a stainless steel unit. The high surface coating delivers a surface area 20 times that of stainless steel. This is what allows our units to contain less metal and still deliver superior power.
We encourage you to do your homework to understand how stainless steel deteriorates and what causes it to break down. Stainless steel is being used in nearly all HHO dry cells because it is easily accessible and less expensive, however, it requires continuous maintenance and just does not have the longevity and reliability that you get with titanium.
Our Extreme 180 HHO Dry Cells and Complete Kits rocked the industry in 2009 when we unveiled it as the first Dual Flow Coated Titanium Dry Cell. Since then, we’ve continued researching and developing innovative technology to improve our dry cells.
With so many companies claiming to be the best, it’s difficult to distinguish a low quality unit from a higher quality unit. One thing we’ve discovered in all low quality units is that they are made of stainless steel plates. What makes them lower quality is the fact that you must maintain them constantly by cleaning out dirty water (corrosion) to prevent rust from entering your engine and, again, they have a much shorter lifespan. We recognize that in the beginning this was the best known metal available to the common builder. In the race to build a more productive unit, the industry has followed a path towards more plates per cell in an effort to better the design. This has created a market of “backyard engineers” continuously trying to make a better wheel when in reality the wheel is fine, it’s the quality of material that is lacking. We’ve dedicated all of our resources towards developing a quality product that is reliable and stands distinguished in the industry worldwide.
